Selling on other sales portals, the shipping fee is from £2.99 (depending on the size of the parcel).
SHIPPING TIME?
We undertake to organize the shipment of the goods you have purchased as soon as possible. It usually takes up to 2 days from placing the order. As soon as your parcel has been shipped, you will be notified by email and provided with a delivery tracking number.
DELIVERY TIME?
Delivery should not take longer than 3-5 business days. If you require next day shipment, please contact us, if possible (the time of placing the order) we will arrange such shipment for an additional fee.
If you order multiple items, we will arrange delivery as quickly as possible. However, this may mean that your order will be delivered in several parcels.
DELAY OF DELIVERY?
If the delivery of the parcel is delayed due to the carrier's fault, bad weather conditions, or incorrectly provided address, we are not responsible for the consequences of any delays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
To ship goods outside the United Kingdom, please contact us to discuss individual delivery. All parcels are shipped from the UK and therefore some orders may be subject to customs duties and local taxes.
Return & Exchange Policy
You can withdraw from the contract and return the ordered goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. This is the "cancellation period".

Due to free shipping within the UK, we do not bear shipping costs for returned goods, you must return the goods to us at your own expense within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel your order. By sending it (registered mail or courier) to the following address:

We are not responsible for any costs associated with returning the goods to us.
Goods must be returned in unused condition, in the original packaging with tags attached (if attached).
We will refund the full purchase price of the goods to your original payment method within 28 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of postage.
Faulty products, mistake in order (our fault)
We guarantee that we make every effort to ensure that the goods delivered by us are of satisfactory quality and are suitable for the purpose for which they were created. However, if you receive a defective item or one that does not match the product description, please contact us at the following e-mail address:
as soon as possible (no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of the shipment). We treat each such application individually.
If we decide that you qualify for a return, we will arrange for a return shipment. Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will exchange them or refund the full purchase price, provided you return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to return the goods.
If you believe that the goods are defective or do not comply with your order, you should not use them and return them to us intact, in the original packaging and with tags attached (if it was included).
We will make every effort to exchange the goods or issue a refund as soon as possible, and no later than 28 days after the goods are returned to us to the original method of payment.
